Kansas City Wedding Photographer | Emily and Nick | Gallery Event Space

I don’t know how I got so lucky to get to be around such sweet people on the most important day in their lives. Everyone is so happy and joyful and it just warms my heart to experience it all! Emily and Nick got married on THE MOST perfect September day. Seriously, we couldn’t have ordered better weather. The venue they chose was the Gallery Event Space in downtown Kansas City. This place has it all with it’s enormous ballroom, outdoor terrace space and a separate lounge area for cocktail hour. It really is the perfect downtown location for a wedding!

Both Emily and Nick are so easy-going and a joy to be around. They were all smiles and were so relaxed all day. My favorite moment between them had to be their first look. You could just tell they both could not wait to see each other. During the ceremony, Emily had her brothers stand with her and Nick had his sisters. It was such a sweet touch!

The details of their wedding day were some of my favorite! The colors were so unique, and the florals by Rhae Adams of Found in Nature Florist were stunning! Also, can we talk about the dessert table!? Sweet Table KC truly outdid themselves! I could go on and on about everything that made this day so perfect… but most of all, these two people and their love for each other truly sparkled the most.
