I know Jennifer was super worried that it might rain on her wedding day. We all crossed our fingers and hoped and prayed… and it worked! Almost too much! It was a hot spring day and we ventured out to Stone Pillar Winery for their wedding photos. Everyone was having so much fun even though they were melting! When you are hunting for shade on a hot day at a winery, what else is there to do to cool you off but order wine slushies! They looked so delicious I really wanted one for myself!
There were a lot of special moments during this day. Jennifer and Jimmy opted to not see each other before the ceremony and had a quiet moment just holding hands before they walked down the aisle. You could feel the emotion when Jennifer saw her dad for the first time as well. I just love when couples really let go and feel ALL the feels of this day!
The reception took place at the Teah Ballroom in Overland Park and was the perfect backdrop for their celebration. I’m so glad this adorable couple choose me to document such a special day in their lives! I wish you guys all the best!!
